Primary Application Support (Remote):

AppCentric takes primary responsibility for managing your applications.  Services typically include proactive system monitoring, proactive maintenance, performance management, and emergency support.  Support hours mirror your business hours and can scale to 24/7/365.

Backup Application Support (Remote):

Your internal Application System Administrators provide primary application administration.  AppCentric works with your internal resources to stay up-to-speed on all aspects of your system and is able to takeover primary support if your internal administrators are unavailable for any reason, whether they are out sick, on vacation, or suddenly leave your organization.  With AppCentric's backup service, you are covered in any scenario.

Primary Database Support (Remote):

AppCentric takes primary responsibility for managing your databases.  Services typically include proactive system monitoring, proactive maintenance, performance management, and emergency support.  Support hours mirror your business hours and can scale to 24/7/365.

Backup Database Support (Remote):

Your internal DBA(s) provide primary database administration.  AppCentric works with your internal DBAs to stay up-to-speed on all aspects of your system and is able to takeover primary support if your internal DBA(s) are unavailable for any reason, whether they are out sick, on vacation, or suddenly leave your organization.  With AppCentric's backup service, you are covered in any scenario.

Emergency Database Support (Remote):

If you are not a primary or backup support customer but have a database emergency, the AppCentric team can help.  There is an annual retainer fee required for eligibility.

Database Healthcheck (Remote or Onsite):

The AppCentric database healthcheck is an exhaustive review of your database systems focused on improving uptime and performance while decreasing risk.  Areas reviewed include: system history and past database errors, configuration evaluation, performance monitoring, security rules, backup procedures, and more.  If you want an independent opionion of how your DBA staff is managing your databases, we can help.
